In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Act of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties and/or GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit and oppose the processing of your data. Purposes of the treatment and duration of the storage of your personal data

The collected data are intended solely for the services of DOLIST in the processing of applications. Dolist guarantees that it will only use your personal data and eventually put them at the disposal of its partners, members or third parties provided that you previously give your express consent, in accordance with the specified purposes.

This data is required to process the information requests made via the website, or in order to receive our newsletter. This information also allows us to get to know you better, and to better meet your requirements.

Data retention period

“Google Pref” Cookies: 
These cookies are stored and read on your computer whenever you access a Google service in non-authenticated or authenticated mode. Like ‘PREF’ cookies, ‘NID’ cookies are stored and read on your computer whenever you access a Google service in non-authenticated mode. They contain certain information (including a unique identifier for each web browser) and allow Google to collect the same information collected using the ‘PREF’ cookies.

“Google DoubleClick” Cookies:

  • IDE : Records and reports the actions of the website after users have seen or clicked on one of the advertiser’s ads in order to measure effectiveness and present targeted ads to the users.

  • yt-remote-device-id: Identifies the device with which the visitor accesses a page containing an embedded YouTube video.
  • yt-remote-fast-check-period: Registers the user’s video play preferences for embedded YouTube videos.
  • yt-remote-session-app: Registers the user’s video play preferences for embedded YouTube videos.
  • yt-remote-session-name: Registers the user’s video play preferences for embedded YouTube videos.

We use this marketing platform to track visitors navigation on the site, collect information on their preferences and manage forms on the site. It records information about the pages you visit, the duration of the visit, the pages of origin, etc. The expiration below represents the lifetime of a cookie on your browser.

  • mtc_sid: Gives an ID to the site visitor’s session, in order to recognize it. Expires at the end of the session

  • mautic_referer_id: Detect the origin of the visitor. Expires after one year.
  • mautic_device_id: Detect the device used by the visitor to access the site. Expires after one year.
  • mautic_focus: x is replaced by a number (an ID). Allows the display of pop-in on the website. Expires at the end of the session.

1.3 Cookies linked to Social Networks

The majority of pages on our WEBSITE contain applications allowing users to share the content of our WEBSITE with other people in real time. This includes the ‘Share’ or ‘Tweet’ buttons connected to social media.

The ‘Like’ button and other Facebook extensions.

The WEBSITE incorporates social extensions from Facebook. These are mini-programmes which collate information regarding users connected to Facebook ( operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. ‘Tweet’ button and other social plugins from Twitter

Buttons from Pinterest social plugins (including the ‘Tweet’ button) are linked to the WEBSITE. These are mini-programmes run by Twitter ( property of Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900-San Francisco, CA 94103USA).
Via these social plugins, Twitter is informed each time the user visits one of the web pages on this WEBSITE.
